Visitor rules

All visitors must complete check-in before entering office areas, or while waiting in reception only.
Visitors are not permitted to enter the meeting room or boardroom until check-in is complete.
Visitors must nominate a host and remain in approved areas only.
Visitors may wait in reception until collected by their host.
Visitors attending the meeting room or boardroom must follow host instructions.
Visitors entering the staff area must be escorted by Avant Group staff.
Visitors must follow directions from their host or authorised Avant Group staff while onsite.
Visitors must follow any emergency, evacuation, or lockdown instructions given by Avant Group staff.
The storage room is restricted and must not be accessed unless specifically approved and escorted.
Visitors must not view, photograph, remove, or discuss company or client information unless authorised.
Visitors are required to check out before leaving the premises.
